How Remote Property Assessment Works
Residential environmental work is conducted remotely and does not require in-person access to the property.

Clients provide basic information about the environment
A description of the experiences occurring within the space
Include Property Mapping
Include property address and a Google Maps pin
Photos and video of the exterior & surrounding environment
Evaluation & Recomendations
Following the evaluation, recommendations are provided regarding clearing and stabilization if required.
In some cases, additional work may be recommended to restore the balance of the environment.
$250 Deposit required upon application. The assessment deposit is applied toward clearing services if work is recommended.
If optimization work is recommended and proceeds within 30 days, the assessment fee is applied toward the final service.
